Our Multipurpose top dressing is a high-quality, sand-based dressing made from 80% Leighton Buzzard Iron Sand, a naturally occurring, high-grade sand named for its origin, not because it contains added iron — blended with 20% of our premium 4mm-screened virgin agricultural topsoil. Using our lawn dressing can improve the quality of your existing lawn and restore natural goodness.

When using this product as a top dressing, it encourages new shoot growth, repairs and revives your existing lawn and helps improve the quality of your soil. It will also help your lawn become more drought tolerant and give you a healthier lawn.

Ideal for constructing, repairing, top dressing and levelling lawns and winter games pitches.
