Delivery & Shipping

We use multiple different vehicles to complete your deliveries. This differs based on material type, quantity, and location.

We aim to get deliveries out within a week, however if you have a preferred date in mind please include this in the notes and we will try our best to accommodate this for you.

Loose loads:

Deliveries from 4 up to 15 cubic meter loads.

These bulk loose deliveries will be carried out using an 8 wheel tipper, when fully loaded this can weigh up to 32 tonne.

Please ensure access via driveways, gateways, entrances etc are suitable for both the size and weight of the vehicle.

Pallets of 25kg bags and Bulk Bags:

Our own Binder Loams flatbed is equipped with a truck mounted off road forklift. We can usually place the pallet where it is required. Please remember the forklift, even though very agile, is still as wide as an HGV.

Please note it will be down to the driver's discretion to ensure the ground conditions are fit to offload.

Sometimes a third party delivery service may be used for smaller quantities therefore your order will be delivered using a tail lift and manual pump truck offloading facility. The delivery will be kerbside but where possible they can get the pallet to any hard standing area where the pallet truck will not sink into gravel or soft ground.

Before placing your order please inform us if you have any access, weight, height or time restrictions as we will need to confirm they are achievable, and an additional charge may apply.  

If you require a 7.5-tonne lorry or smaller, the maximum offload weight is 500kg. Please note that a bulk bag cannot be offloaded with this size of vehicle.

25kg bags and bulk bags are delivered on pallet.
